Medicine for Corona Virus (Sanitizer can be a medicine for COVID-19 ?)

We all know that sanitizer kill most of the bacteria, fungi and related virus. Most of the sanitizer contains about 70 % Ethyl Alcohol v/v,  Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Glycerin, Perfume, Aqua, Disodum EDTA etc. Many health worker and sanitizer company are suggesting to rub it in hand and they are enforcing it to use to kill corona virus as well. Many people are believed and sanitizer company promote that it kills 99.9 % bacteria after 30 minutes. And many health organization and investigator said that it kill Corona virus as well. If this type of alcohol helps to kill corona virus, why we can not make medicine or syringe liquid to inject human body by using alcohol? If sanitizer doesn't work on such cases, why we are using? So we have a big question about it. If research proved that the sanitizer kills the corona virus, obviously its composition will support us to make medicine. I am personally suggest all the researcher, please think about sanitizer, its composition and its use. I
