Introduction of youth: various agency has different views and ideas regarding youth definition some of them are given below. Nepal Children’s Organization BAL MANDIR Nepal Children’s Organization (NCO) was established under the National Direction Act- 2018 (1961 A.D.) in 1964 A.D. (2021 B.S.) NCO is also popularly known as Balmandir (The Children’s Temple). NCO is an autonomous, non- governmental, non-profit making and self – governing organization working for the best interest of Nepalese children by protecting and promoting their rights as well as by providing residential care to the children at risk.
